1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dintal platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. Dintal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with 14 days prior notice.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Users must not post misleading or offensive content, interfere with or disrupt platform systems, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or circumvent pricing policies or payment mechanisms. Dintal reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms.
3. Lab & Clinician Accounts
Lab accounts are provided to licensed dental facilities registered in Saudi Arabia. Labs are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information and compliance with SFDA requirements. Clinician accounts are provided to licensed healthcare professionals only. Both parties are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Payments & VAT
All payments processed through the platform are subject to 15% VAT in accordance with the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority regulations. Payments are processed securely via licensed Moyasar gateway. VAT-compliant invoices are auto-generated for every transaction. Subscription fees are SAR 499/month for Pro and SAR 1,999/month for Enterprise.
5. Intellectual Property
Dintal retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, its design, technology, and Dintal-generated content. Users retain ownership of content they upload (images, portfolios, lab descriptions) while granting Dintal a limited license to display it on the platform. You may not copy or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The platform is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties. Dintal is not liable for the quality of services delivered by labs or the accuracy of information provided by platform users. Dintal's total liability to you is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim. Dintal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
